Jaap studied at Delft University of Technology (SEPAM) before joining Rabobank, first as corporate management trainee and consecutively in M&A. After starting a venture capital unit for Kramp, Jaap joined Navus Ventures in 2020.

As member of the Navus Ventures team, Jaap works to source and execute new investments and supports the portfolio companies in realizing their growth strategy.
